opened for business in 1996 to serve the financial needs of
the individuals and businesses of the North Texas area. We
are a locally owned and operated organization able to make
decisions quickly and assist our customers in structuring
the very best financial solutions.
Our staff consists of 14 motivated, knowledgeable banking
professionals who are dedicated to our customers and the
community we serve. Members of our bank are involved in many
charitable and civic organizations; and we view that
involvement as an important element of our role as a
community bank with a local heritage. The Bank’s facility
and prime location are outstanding resources, and our
primary marketplace is expected to continue to experience
long-term growth. Signature Bank is ideally positioned to be
a part of this area’s success. As of September 2009, Signature
Bank had total assets in excess of $105 million.
